For All Your Complicated Static Mixer Products needs
We build Inline Static Mixer Products specifically for your mixing needs and requirements.
ProMixUSA Static Mixer Products are highly engineered mixing devices that allow for the inline continuous blending of fluids within a pipeline. Additionally, the Static Mixers have no moving parts. Also, static mixers utilize the energy of the flow stream to generate consistent, cost-effective, and reliable mixing. Furthermore, ProMixUSA static mixers are available in stock for direct purchase. Also, the come in custom to meet your specific mixer requirements. Finally, meeting a range of flow rates for a variety of applications. Futhermore, ProMixUSA static inline mixers are the reliable, durable, and efficient solution to your continuous mixing requirements.

Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel Static Mixers carry a complete line of threaded, flanged, and Tri clamp stainless steel static mixers. In addition, it is constructed from durable stainless steel in either 304SS or 316SS.

Sanitary
Our Sanitary Hygienic Static Mixers are engineered to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, making them ideal for applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

PVC / CPVC
PVC and CPVC static mixers are cost-effective and versatile blending devices used in various industrial processes. Finally, it is constructed from various materials, these mixers offer excellent chemical resistance.

Metal Alloys
Each Metal Alloys Static Mixers are meticulously designed to meet specific application needs, ensuring optimal mixing performance. Finally, the company offers a variety of materials.

Kynar PVDF
Kynar PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) static mixers are advanced blending devices designed for industrial applications that require superior chemical resistance and thermal stability.

PFA
PFA static mixers are designed to handle aggressive chemicals and high-temperature applications with ease. In addition, the PFA material provides exceptional resistance to acids, bases, and solvents, making these mixers ideal.

Tube
The SRS Tube Static Mixers is a versatile and robust solution designed for efficient mixing of fluids across a wide range of viscosities. In addition, it is constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel.

Shell & Tube Elements
These Static Mixer Heat exchangers are reliable across various industries, including polymer, plastic, and food and beverage, and are more space-efficient, energy-efficient, and require less residence time.
Industry Focused Mixing Technologies

Helical Mixers
Helical static mixers are perfect for operation in laminar flow regimes such as slow moving or viscous streams. In addition, by continually dividing and recombining flow streams, our helical mixers are capable of optimally blending in a variety of difficult flow conditions.

Blade Mixers
Blade style element static mixers provide efficient mixing ability for turbulent flow applications combined with minimal pressure (head) loss. Finally, our Blade elements are available in multiple configurations for specialized, demanding mixing applications.

Non-Fouling Mixers
Our non-clog (sludge) mixing elements are based on either our Blade or Helical mixing elements and are designed to eliminate clogging or plugging. Finally, non-clog elements are available in fixed or removable configurations.

Packed Mixers
For space-constrained, turbulent-flow applications, our wafer static mixers provide an economical and space-efficient design.
Connection Ends

Tri-Clamp
Tri-Clamp ends are a non-permanent piping connection method commonly used in sanitary applications such as food processing and are joined using C-shaped clamps. Finally, Tri-Clamp ends feature grooved indentations on the flange face which mate with a sealing gasket.

Flanged
Flanged end connections provide easy assembly and disassembly in piping systems. Furthermore, for stainless / alloy static mixers with flanged end configurations, we offer Class 150 raised face flanged ends as standard. All standard flange dimensions conform to ASME B16.5 standards.

Union
A sealing ring G is used for sealing the pipe fitting; If a complete connection is ordered on a housing pipe end, the male end is welded onto the housing. Also, the groove flange contains the sealing ring G. Finally, the liner contains the groove nut.

Hygienic
An O-ring is used for sealing the flange connection and is given a defined compression by a metal stop. Additionally, the O-ring is also protected by the special geometry of the recess from being pulled out at high flow rates.
Types of Finishes

2B Finish: Cold Rolled, Annealed & Pickled. In addition, as this steel is cold-rolled rather than hot-rolled, the surface finish is more refined.
4 Finish: Characterized by short, parallel polishing lines extending uniformly along the length of the coil. Also, it is obtained by mechanically polishing.
8 Finish: is considered the industry standard for a highly reflective, mirror appearance. In addition, this is achieved by directionally buffing with abrasive compounds in several stages, followed by buffing with a rouge compound. Finally, the surface is completely free of grit lines, achieving the perfect mirror finish.
