Mixers Laboratory
The ProMixUSA Mixers laboratory provides experimental services. We scale from a few liters to several tons. Our lab features many impellers. These include standard and customized designs. Thus, we meet diverse experimental needs. Our experiments deliver key data. First, we measure speed and torque. Next, we evaluate mixing performance. Then, we capture flow field details. Finally, we test select reaction processes. Besides serving clients with custom tests, we partner with universities. Together, we explore new mixing technologies. As a result, we advance innovative equipment actively. In addition to providing customized services for our clients, we also collaborate with universities to conduct fundamental research on new mixing technologies and equipment.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) plays a vital role in our R&D process. It helps us understand flow conditions inside containers with precision. First, we recreate process configurations accurately. As a result, CFD ignores size limits. Therefore, we predict mixing performance reliably in large tanks. Moreover, we handle special geometries and unique requirements confidently. Our ProMixUSA R&D team has run many CFD simulations for many customers. These cover various processes. For example, we simulate simple single-phase mixing. Next, we tackle complex multi-phase suspensions and dispersions. This power lets us optimize mixer designs actively. Finally, we refine operations for diverse applications effectively.

Mixer Design Software
Mixers actively develops and uses advanced design software. Our self-built tool combines proven calculation formulas with nearly 11 years of real-world experience. This rich knowledge guides every new mixer design. As a result, each decision rests on practical insights and proven results. These tools accelerate the design process. They enable fast, precise selection and optimization for client needs. By blending theory and decades of expertise, ProMixUSA delivers highly accurate solutions. Consequently, we meet diverse mixing challenges effectively.

Load / No-Load Testing
ProMixUSA Mixers’ laboratory equipment performs both unloaded and loaded tests for customers. Technicians rigorously evaluate every mixer according to strict standards. Thus, we ensure objective analysis and reliable recommendations. Our large underground tank accommodates mixers with shaft lengths up to 4 meters. Meanwhile, the unloaded testing platform handles mixers up to 14 meters long. Through loaded and unloaded testing, we identify potential flaws early. As a result, we prevent design or manufacturing errors before shipment.
