Static Mixers

Static mixers are motionless inline devices that achieve thorough mixing through a series of fixed internal elements. As fluid passes through the mixer, these helical, tab, or blade elements continuously split, fold, and recombine the flow streams, creating intense radial mixing and uniform homogeneity in a very short pipe length.
With no moving parts, static mixers require zero maintenance and consume no energy. They handle liquids, gases, slurries, and viscous fluids with low pressure drop. Available in welded, removable, and sanitary designs, they are manufactured from stainless steel, Hastelloy, PTFE, and other exotic materials.
Industries such as chemical processing, water treatment, oil & gas, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals rely on static mixers for consistent product quality, precise dosing, and efficient process control.
